1.Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2.Beta service

The Service is currently offered as a free beta. It is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may change, be interrupted, or include features that are still being refined. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we will give you reasonable notice before any charges apply to you.

3.Accounts & eligibility

• You must provide accurate, complete information when registering and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must be authorised to act on behalf of the business you register, and be capable of forming a binding contract.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

4.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, copy or resell the Service except as permitted by law.

5.Your data & content

You retain all rights to the business data and content you enter into the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that data solely to operate and provide the Service to you (including backups and support). You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter.

6.Tax & accounting disclaimer

SmartVyapar is a software tool to help you record and manage your business. It does not constitute tax, accounting, legal or financial advice. You are solely responsible for verifying the correctness of your invoices, GST filings, returns and other records, and for complying with all applicable laws. We recommend consulting a qualified professional (e.g. your CA) where appropriate.

7.Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service running reliably, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times. We may perform maintenance, updates or changes that temporarily affect availability.

8.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartVyapar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

9.Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling thereafter is described in our Privacy Policy.

10.Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above, and where appropriate we will notify you within the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Surat, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service.
